Quality Gate
Daily 8am automated idea generation. Scans Timothy's projects, patterns and opportunities, surfaces 3 prioritised concepts.
Weekly pattern analysis across all agent sessions. Identifies recurring blockers, successful patterns, and system improvements.
Continuous system health checks across all services. Pings Railway deployments, checks Supabase connectivity, alerts on anomalies.
SOL/USDC market analysis with multi-layer signal processing. Market regime detection, threshold calibration, live execution.
Timothy's command interface for the entire swarm. Task creation, status queries, agent dispatching — from a phone, anywhere.
Auto-deploys on every git push. No manual uploads, no staging servers. Push passes Nobody's gate, Vercel ships it.
Timothy sends intent via Telegram or directly to Holly. No implementation details required.
TimothyHolly breaks it into steps, assigns agents, defines the Definition of Done. No code yet.
HollyElon implements, spawning specialists as needed. Tests run. Code is ready for review.
ElonNobody reads every line. Security checked. Quality gated. Push blocked until it passes.
NobodyAuto-deploy to production. Reflector logs patterns. The next loop starts smarter than the last.

March 2026
ArchitectureMoved from convention-based agent hierarchy to structural enforcement. pre-commit-gate.js now blocks any git push that has not passed Nobody's review — the rule cannot be bypassed by forgetting.
March 2026
QualityRemoved after analysis showed it caused 8x Holly re-spawn waste per session with no quality improvement. Structural enforcement achieved more reliably by Nobody's gate alone.
February 2026
SkillsAll 36 registered skills now route through a hub file. A skill is not considered live until the hub reflects it. Prevents ghost skills that agents reference but cannot find.
January 2026
InfrastructureAfter finding Haiku agents failing silently on MCP calls, the model allocation table was updated. Only Sonnet handles agents that need MCP or team protocol. Haiku handles worker tasks only.
Paddington approves all deployments. If he's on the keyboard, nothing ships. Quality first.
